Description

The Pro Staff 97 v13 is distinguished by a design that pays homage to the legendary Pro Staff series, as well as an unique Braid 45 construction that improves accuracy by altering the angle of the double braided fibers for improved feel and stability. A thicker string bed that enhances consistency on every shot and a new end cap that is utilized throughout Wilson’s other performance racket lines for greater comfort and ergonomics are two more changes to this racket. The prominence of red and yellow pinstripes down the neck, a tribute to earlier versions of this legendary series over the years, is perhaps most attractive to longstanding followers of the Pro Staff franchise. A distinctive exposed carbon fiber weave with a gloss finish above the 3 and 9 of the frame adds a sleek touch to the design.

Features:

Braid 45 – The double braided strands are arranged at 45 degree angles in the frame, enabling the braid to breathe more on impact. As a consequence, you get a better pocketing sensation as well as excellent stability.

String Mapping – Strings are closer together, resulting in a denser string bed that allows for greater accuracy and feel.

Lighter weight version of Roger Federer’s Pro Staff RF97 Autograph – Use a lower weight framed tennis racket to improve your playing.

Braided Fibers – The double braided strands are arranged at 45 degree angles in the Braid 45 design for better pocketing sensation and excellent stability.
